REVIVE FITNESS ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
We may collect the following information:
Name: If you subscribe as a Founder, Platinum, or Diamond member, your name and location (UK by default) are stored to display on the respective member wall within the app.
Fitness and wellness data: Workout activity, fitness progress, mood, stress check-ins, body measurements and all other health data you log within the app is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device.
AI Coach messages: Messages you send to the AI Coach are transmitted securely to Anthropic (Claude) to generate a response. These messages are not stored permanently by us.
Purchase information: Subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not store your payment details — all billing is handled by Apple.
We use the information we collect to provide and improve the app, display your name on the member wall (if applicable), deliver AI Coach responses, and process your subscription.
We use the following third-party services:
RevenueCat: Manages subscription purchases and entitlements. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details on how they handle data.
Google Firebase (Firestore): Stores member wall names and locations securely in the cloud for Founder, Platinum, and Diamond members.
Anthropic (Claude AI): Powers the in-app AI Coach feature. AI Coach messages are processed by Anthropic to generate responses. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details.
Apple HealthKit: With your permission, REVIVE can read steps, calories, sleep and heart rate from Apple Health. This data is used only within the app and is never shared with third parties.
Fitness and wellness data is stored locally on your device and is retained until you delete the app. Member wall names (Founder, Platinum, Diamond) are retained in the cloud until you request removal. To request removal of your name, contact us at the email below.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To make a request, contact us at the email below.
REVIVE FITNESS is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
All data transmitted by the app is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
