These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the REVIVE FITNESS mobile application ("the App"), operated by Aaron Anderson, trading as REVIVE FITNESS ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Some features require signing in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who breaches these Terms, misuses the App, or engages in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
REVIVE FITNESS offers optional paid membership tiers (Starter, Pro, Elite and above) billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store — we do not handle or store your payment details.
Certain membership tiers (such as Founder, Platinum, and Diamond) are offered on a limited basis and may be capped at a fixed number of members, withdrawn, or replaced with a different offering at our discretion, without affecting existing subscribers already on that tier.

This content is provided for general guidance only, may not always be accurate, and should not be relied upon as professional medical, dietary or fitness advice. The App, including its design, branding, logo, workouts, written content and underlying code, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works from the App without our prior written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how it is used and stored.
We aim to keep the App available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The App may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for any loss arising from the App being temporarily unavailable.
We may add, remove or change features of the App at any time, including membership tiers, pricing and benefits, in order to improve the App or respond to how it is used. Where a change materially reduces the value of an existing paid tier, we will act reasonably and give notice where practicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress records, or any injury or harm — see our Health & Fitness Disclaimer regarding physical activity specifically. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the App or for legal reasons. Continued use of the App after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page whenever changes are made.
